2006 Rental Rates
Summer rate is $2800/wk.

Check-in/Check-out
Weeks start and end on Saturday. Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am.
Other Fees
All rentals are subject to the 6% Michigan use tax. Upon reservation we require a 50% deposit. The balance of the rental fee, tax and a refundable security fee of $800 is due 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the arrival date, the reservation deposit will be forfieted unless we are able to fill the vacancy. The security fee will be refunded 30 days after departure provided the cottage is left in good order and the rental policies are upheld. Any damages will be deducted from the security fee.
Policies
- We do not allow smoking within the cottage.
- We do not allow pets at the cottage.
- Occupancy is limited to 6.
- Full policies are in the rental agreement.
